Your comments show that you really don't understand the markets. Never make that kind of statements with certainty. If markets don't know what is going to happen, neither do you. If you were so sure, you would short as many shares as you could and become rich, no need to waist you time here, hah?

semi's earning will not be good for next 6-9 months>

This was already announced by AMAT, NVLS, and a lot of semi
equipment. I don't what else you want to hear.

So lets assume AMAT drops to 25 next week and you got in and bought your shares. Will the earnings picture for AMAT in 6-9 months will suddenly change?
