Whether it's today, tomorrow, or next week, what difference does it make? If they plan to publish audited financials in order to qualify for a NASDAQ listing in the future, that's what counts ! This is the first BB stock I've seen which claims to want to be on NASDAQ and is smart enough to know it needs to start building an accountability track record in order to get listed. There may be a question of earnings release date, but is there any question about the earnings ? When a company is new to the auditing process, they sometimes have a tendency to underestimate the time it takes to complete the process and have something acceptable to publish. This can cause them to claim that earnings will be out on a certain date and then be forced to delay them. In regards to book value, this is the worst way to estimate a stock price I have ever seen ! As a example, check out BOST. Consensus book value is way above its price. Maybe because of their earnings (or lack of) ???? HNLY's price is depressed possibly because they appear for whatever reason, not to have published earnings (that I could find) recently. This may have caused a total lack of interest (meaning buying) of HNLY. Again what counts is that they've said they intend to announce .05/share and growing. So rather than speculate, let's just wait a day or 2 and find out ! Regards, Chris
