I am sorry if you felt that you were attacked by a bear.

I am a newby to investing and learning; I opened an account with Suretrade last week. Invested with CKFR first time I ever bought a stock. I got an account with Silicon Investor yesterday. Opened and account with Edgar online today. Did a search on CKFR. Saw a number of 144s filings with CKFR. CKFR price dropped all last week.

I own 5 Diamond video cards. They are the best in the
market. So thought I would check Diamond out. Noticed a pattern similar to CKFR's filings of 144s on edgar online.

Still do not know what a 144 exactly means? Edgar-Online's definition 144 seems make it quite important, or maybe it is a ploy to get subscriptions?

Anyway, I was after a precise definition of 144. After spending a day at it and reading numerous posts, posting pointed questions, I still don't have an exact meaning of a 144. I could ask alot more questions but I think a broke the threshold. Subtle approches to information
gathering are not one of mine fine points. Obviously, there is some concern or it would not have got the attention it did.

I am sorry if you felt that you were attacked by a bear.

My humble apologies.
