I cannot get a
straight understanding of what is missing in SC vs TS. Do you know? Thanks, --

I have SC 3.0...I have been thinking about TS for sometime. I always thought they are the same aside from TS being realtime. I have seen the trial offer for TS, and it says get SC realtime free?? Is that a new program? I am also confused since I haven't kept up with their products. Thats pretty much all I want is supercharts realtime...I would like to hear your comments on TS.

Jeff

I asked the same question of a number of SC/TS users. Real-time data capability is obviously one of the differences, as is the retail price. But one user also told me that the indicators included with TradeStation are "tweakable," whereas the indicators in SuperCharts are "canned" and tamper-resistant. That's why I opted for SuperCharts - not enough of a difference to justify the additional expense.

I just received my copy of SuperCharts from the folks at Anderson Investor's Software invest-soft.com and I'm still wading through all the features and idiosyncrasies.

Good charting!
