George, I too dumped my DEC shares at 60+. Saw the weakness developing in CPQ and bailed out of DEC. I think the analysts are really concern about CPQ's future during the period of time that it takes them to absorb DEC into their culture. Also, there was news regarding CPQ's channel inventory, and I guess this was the reason for the dumping of CPQ's shares.

Do you think its worth while owing CPQ shares at this time?
