lessons learned from my Brush Creek Experience that may apply to any penny stock company. #1) When investing in any penny stock, ask about past/current/future private placements that may dilute common shareholder value. #2) Ask about warrants, options, preferreds, convertibles, "floorless" convertibles, etc. etc. that may dilute shares. #3) Ask if a penny stock company is issuing shares to pay for services. Having had no experience in penny stocks till now, it never occured to me that shares outstanding could double overnight. Well, now I know. There are obvious other lessons, as in listening to your inner voice of common sense telling you "no, no" even when the market seems to be saying "yes yes." This company had a track record of promising big and disappointing big. Blah, blah. We all know what we learned. Pick pennys for momentum and high risk high reward. Nothing else.
