Good morning Sonny,

This idea about the warrant conversion and how it will effect Intel is very interesting. If you are right about them being sold instead of converted and that is effecting the stock negatively, it could be that some sold last week and maybe that caused the downward momentum. Since the time is close maybe some are selling a little bit early.

How was that oyster roast that you went to last week? I have really been enjoying Gretchen lately. She will leave to go back home tomorrow but will be back for a visit in May. In fact, her mom will leave her here the to go to a convention out in Denver.

I hope things are going well with you. Have a great day.

Speaking of health, there is an "anti Cancer diet" in the March 1998 issue of Good Housekeeping. Also in my research for the lesson I am giving this week, I found that 35% of Cancer deaths are related to diet.

Have fun,
Margaret

Good morning Sonny. I converted the intcw last night on the phone through my Waterhouse account. I will check today to make sure the transaction has been made. Thanks for the advice.

Have a good day.
