Bob: CKFR handles the billpay for those who bank at Citi via Quicken. Citi's own billpay services those who use Citi's proprietary (and kludgy) PC banking software. At least, that's what I was told when I inquired about this about a year ago.

I'm guessing Citi will eventually give up when it figures out how much money its losing running its own billpay service.

I would think the powers that be within the Federal Anti-Trust Division of the Justice Department, consistent with today's hearings, would have a positive bearing on CKFR.

Any other opinions?
