No hay de que, E! Was more or less a rhetorical question looking for a sympathetic confirm.. So much going on... I REALLY like CYMI now that I have been digging into the move to the Krypton Fluoride eximer laser systems that are going to give us those 64Mb and 256Mb chips...and the Lab-resident Argon Fluoride lasers that will permit the move to 1Gig and 4Gb RAM just over the hill...not to mention "certain" ASIC applications.. What a great world coming!! I'm still baffled how that UT/Sematech did the .08 micron line width test...what an achievement...even more impressive now that I understand some of the photoresist problems, the fact that eximer lasers are available down to that level, photomasks are available to do the phase shift only down to around .13micron... How did they get this together??! Some world.. TSO
