Just for the record. IBM didn't recently buy in. They've been a shareholder for many years.

MrBuzz,

With all do respect, sir, I wouldn't get your hopes up! ANCR is predictably back in the low $7 range and will probably remain there for quite some time. Fibre channel's eminent ramp-up will do very little to move this company to the next level. This company is simply so far behind the marketing curve that its only real hope is to be taken out. IBM's interest in this company is nothing new! Just like everything else with ANCR, it is old news! ANCR's superior technology will only be a target for a larger co. to snatch up. Brocade's inferior products and superior marketing is a inverse example. Companies like Brocade are likely to succeed as has MSFT, Yahoo, AOL, ect. due to their marketing prowess, NOT THEIR PRODUCTS!
So, I wish you people would stop jerking yourselves off to ANCR's technology! It will only matter when some company like IBM feels like getting balls deep into fibre channel. ANCR, on its own, will never be a player.

P.S. I owned this dog for 3 years and Interop has done nothing but give this lifeless ANCR CULT (I dubbed it so) more jerk material.

Good Luck,
Joe
