Thanks, Sasha! If we can get enough of us to establish a Silicon Investors Planning Group (maybe 20 to 30 serious individuals, with hopefully some attorneys included) we can begin to establish advocacy and protection for the small investor. We can establish a relationship with the Securities Exchange Commission, and promote a "Consumers Guide" publication to expose ANALysts (and OTHERS) that do not operate in good faith. In those cases where a powerful financial entity commits abuses that seriously affect small investors, a class action lawsuit may be warranted. I do believe that we are fortunate to have SEC leadership that is interested in equity for the small investor.
