Yes, I have read the annual report. Came to the conclusion that the company is a private little gold mine for the Din family. Bob, his wife and children own a bunch of the stock and I agree that Din is getting paid WAY TOO MUCH in bonus. With that said, is this what is causing your concern about the 2nd quarter or is there something else? By the way, Yahoo is reporting that the current forecast for the 2nd quarter as $0.27. Where are you getting your $0.25 number? I do not plan to panic given the bonus info for Bob Din. If he can grow the company, that is what is important. Look at the HUGH overhead associated with the US economy. Washington, state and local governments and all the lawyers!! And we are the best economy in the world. Kind of a crazy analogy but if might fit the situation! Chris ....
