Well, Joe Noel (who hasn't really been following WCII all that closely, IMO), had put it on the H&Q focus list - which is really more of a shorter term trading list Based on it's 20% runup after earnings, and generic concerns for tech/market from Asia in Q2. Noel removed WCII from the list, but left his #1 buy rating intact. He stated he was revising his numbers upward after the earnings, but has not done so yet. He did acknowledge that in his opinion, the stock could go up or down 25% from here. AFAIK, he does NOT have a DCF model (which takes a lot of careful analysis and guestimation).

Vogel remains very bullish.

Reagan was expected, and it might well trade down - *giving institutions further opportunity to own this stock*.

I'll be off and on the next 3 days - focusing on Goldman telecom conf.
