I have gone back to the numbers to see what $0.22 would mean. Assuming relative 1st quarter GP%, selling expenses and G&A expenses, 2nd quarter revenues would have to come in around $135,000,000. This would not be bad relative to the 1st quarter, but the 1st quarter was low due to the delayed shipment. I am beginning to wonder if there was no missed shipment and revenues just grew less than expected in the 1st quarter. Expenses are up due to the configuration center. Until these expenses abate, EPS will be flat compared to 1997. Maybe EPS growth, for what ever reason, will be low for the full year? Maybe the stock is only worth 12x earnings? Maybe my expectations for the stock got a little ahead of themselves!! Yes that is what has happened.

Let me know if you 'hear' anything else!

Thanks, Roader
