If anyone is interested in buying or selling PTSC stock, the best place to do it is at Jack White and Co jackwhiteco.com. They have a special on SD based co. They will try to match orders between the spread for only $5.00, and if not you can place it as a market order unlimited size for only $5.00. No other charges. They explained that they are doing this to spur business. This was the best discount firm for 95 and 96. Waterhouse took over in 97 and JW went to second because of relatively higher commissions at JW. I took advantage of this deal today on a trade. Joe
