David, ULBI has a proven track record of production of non-rechargeable batteries. I understand that so far, their production of Li Polymer has been entirely by hand. Valence's profit potential is based on volume production with automated equipment.

Valence has stated that their assembly equipment has made salable product with laminate from the smaller equipment at Henderson around last October and that the equipment runs well at or near 100% design speed.

The focus now is to begin producing 100's per day in Henderson with one of the four pieces of large laminate equipment as production prototypes. I heard today that this is going well but it takes some time to confirm the results. If you sold your position, I believe you should seriously consider getting back in.
