Snake ~ My friend, I respectfully disagree with you. its like trying to reason with a 4 yr old I don't believe anyone is stupid enough to spend this much effort and time destroying a stock that they aren't shorting. Now if you choose to think that he IS that stupid, then I believe you are under estimating a methodical and sophisticated shill.

It seems that these are the only two possible explanations.

1). He knows exactly what he is doing and is benefiting financially by driving the price down by spending time and effort to destroy the board and by trying to make Franklin out to be a Scam.

2). He is so stupid that he is doing all of this work and not benefiting.

Now, tell me who would be that stupid????? I rest my case. ~ Jack

<I dont really understand why anyone bothers with him...its like trying to reason with a 4 yr old...or a drunk....you know how that ends up...>

Snake, in theory I surely agree. But on this thread anyway, his posts obviously have had, and still have, the ability to stir things up (usually unnecessarily in my view) and plant doubts in the minds of a small minority of occasional posters. Thus, in this "Internet era" it seems his words--as all of our words, to whatever extent--have an effect, however large or small, on the value of certain holdings, the holdings of those who are actually INVESTED. And I, for one, have come to take such a situation very personally.

Also, from personal experience, I know that 4 year olds and drunks, at their worst, can bang into things ... knock things over ... and cause who-knows-what-all-damage to innocents. It's why most people carry insurance. But what insurance is there over the net? Little if any (Free Speech and all)!

Just speaking for myself here, but that's why in my post last night I explained as best I could why I felt compelled to bother with the subject again, and in such a comprehensive way. A pity, I know, as I don't really have the time for this sort of thing. I do want to protect my investment as best I can, however, and this is one way I can do it.

But I definitely respect your opinion, Snake!
