17:17 Liteglow Industries Inc. Announces Radio Shack Will Carry Line of
Products

POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 1998--Liteglow Industries
Inc. (BB:LTGL) announced Monday that Radio Shack will offer Liteglow and
Lowglow products throughout their 6800 stores.
The deal, which originated at the Consumer Electronics Show in early
January, was finalized late last week.
Radio Shack will have the ability to display and order any of Liteglow's or
Lowglow's products through their special order catalog section. Liteglow
President Spencer Krumholz stated: "One of our goals as 1997 ended was to
further expand into the mass merchandising arena. I believe this deal with
Radio Shack will greatly improve our standing in this area and will further
serve to strengthen our hold on the industry market share. In addition,
Liteglow is very pleased to begin an association with as fine an organization
as Radio Shack and we believe that their vast distribution system will add
substantially to the company's revenue growth into the future." Krumholz also
added: "This is only the beginning. Many other large chain stores as well as
smaller specialty retailers are being targeted with very positive results to

date."
The company has also begun to penetrate markets in Japan, Portugal, New
Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Canada. Liteglow Industries
currently does business with major customers such as Circuit City, Nobody
Beats the Wiz, J.C. Whitney Co., Joe Amato's Keystone Warehouse as well as
over 2000 specialty retailers, wholesalers, and export customers. The company
would also like to state that its financials are currently in the process of
being completed and will be filed with the SEC as soon as possible.
Liteglow Industries is a manufacturer, designer and importer of products for
the automotive and electronic specialty markets. The U.S. automotive and
electronic after markets should exceed $300 BILLION in combined revenues this
year. Revenues for the company are expected to increase dramatically as a
