Shareholder attendees: I have a question.. Did anyone meet any institutional type folks in your forays, investment bankers, small cap fund analysts, institution managers, Red Chip review type folks??? I see the conversion is continuing this AM. 22,300 shares at $4.53 suggests someone who wants to leave the party early. Pity.

Enough of this VS clown already! How about some discussion on the new product offering: 1. Is the new fax server a "scaled down" Tempest with faxing and modem capability? 2. Can the original Tempest be upgraded to offer the faxing capability offered in the Cyclone-F? 3. How many ports are on the Cyclone-F? 4. What mix of Voice/Fax/Modem configurations are available? 5. Is it configurable by the end user/customer or do you need to specify your Voice/Fax/Modem requirements at the time of your order? 6. What is price per port? Is it (Price per port) in line with pricing of Tempest? 7. Can the unit be configured with "Voice only" capabilities and be used like a smaller Tempest? 8. Modem only? 9. Fax only? 10. What is at the transmitting end of the Fax? Does the standard Fax machine just plug into the Cyclone-F and away we go? 11. What is required at the receiving end of a fax? 12. Can you also fax to standard fax machine? 13. Or is the transmitting fax sent to a printable file on a workstation/server connected to the internet and it can be printed at a later time similar to an email with an attachment? 14. Is there a target industry for this product? Anyone??? - Pat
