Ozone has been used in at least one poultry plant here in NW Washington state & in several salmon processors in Alaska for at least 7 or 8 yrs that I know of specifically & worked great. There were some problems...rubber hoses & grommets rotted out....but after some de-bugging, the problem was a non-issue. I guess you folks back East & in the South take a little longer to hitch onto this type of stuff then we Nwesterners...(of course, with all the rain we get, all we have to do is stay inside & dream up "stuff", ie Bill G., etc). <BG> Also, along with the new CEO, didn't OZON get a new Board memeber that had a background with Del Monte or some other huge food congolmerate not too long ago? The duo should "kick some ---" in that segment if they're worth their mettle!! Tremendous potential here....but it does get frustrating waiting for the promise to be fulfilled! Regards, Dennis
