OK, i used 36 months, that explains it. Anyway, looks like The Street is happy with the deal, that's all that matters. BTW, i am in school right now.

marc, Thanks for the clarification on the GLM announcement. With the drillers up with oil prices slightly down, it looks like we may be getting bargain-hunting buying. I would assume it is based on giving the drilling companies a second look based on their earnings potential and perhaps letting go of the obsession with oil prices. If it continues, it will likely draw more money from the technically-inclined who will want to jump on board the newfound strength. Baird
