Dow jones would most likely have the news 15 mins before anything like Yahoo. Many selling HNLY after Gap up.
Check out LTGL, HUGE volume. .11 a share

Good Luck

Stay calm folks: I own 25,000 shares at the moment and want to protect my investment. Here's the scoop from the Finance Manager at The Henley Group:

I just spoke to John Ward, Finance Manager, at Henley Group in Miami. He clarified several issues:

The earnings that will be released today or tomorrow will be for Magra, their recent acquisition, for 1997cy. Magra will show a slight loss that will be full explained in the press release. Briefly, the loss is due to increased expenses incurred in gearing up for a marketing and advertising push in 1998. Better to incur it in 1997 than in 1998.

Henley Group earnings will be reported for the 1st quarter of 1998 in April. Prior to the string of acquisitions Henley had no earnings because it was simply a shell company. With the two <<known>> acquisitions The Henley Group will show substantial earnings for the 1st quarter of 1998.

The Henley Group will be a full reporting company beginning in April with the filing of 10Qs and 8Ks, etc. with the SEC.

The Henley Group now meets all financial requirements to be listed on the Nasdaq small cap index save its share price being under $1.00

The Henley Group will be announcing soon a relationship with an investment banking house.

Institutions have shown an interest.

The MMs that have been shorting the stock and trading it in a narrow range are getting squeezed.

End of Mr. Ward's info.

Here's my opinion:

Henley Group is grossly undervalued and is a buy at any price under a $1.00.
