It's comforting to know that you have L-t confidence towards Txn. I will just hold my small amount of shares and may add a bit more if it continues to correct.

I did some consulting work for Texas Instruments in Houston last year. They seem to focus heavily on DSP after the last CEO past away. Their main DSP solutions are disk drive electronics for Seagate Technology (unfortunately), anti-lock brake electronics for Ford Motor, and video camera stabilizer circuitry for several Asian (non-Japan) manufacturers. They are aggressively trying to get into the cellular phone DSP. Due to Motorola fiasco in cellular phone technologies, my speculation only, in 6 months to one year, if TXN can get the contracts that Motorola lost, its stock price would appreciate substantially.
