<< Could make sense. >> <how so?> Sense it's totally a rumor at this point, I figure it could take the form of a line of credit to ARTT from Lucent to build out ARTT's networks. Obviously Lucent doesn't want into the Telecom service market, but they may be willing to sell ARTT the equipment with some sort of financing arrangement to make it work for ARTT. I don't think ARTT can afford to build out it's markets any other way. Just thinking and guessing.
