Also, the volume numbers on several of the issues are looking healthy. Check out CDG for example and FGII, both of which traded on extremely low volume last Friday. I'd say the green is flowing in. And we are moving nicely thru some resistance levels on the osx.

The OSX should be watched very closely. If we can close above 108 and continue to climb the upper BB upward tomorrow and the next day, the stage is set for a short term turnaround. With 2 weeks to the GOM lease-sale, we may indeed get some buying despite the depressed oil.

But if OSX goes near 108 and gets bounced from there today (or tomorrow), and crude price continues to edge lower, then the enthusiasm can easily evaporate.
