Looking at a chart of the OSX or any of its major components, you can see the entire decline since October was contained nicely by the 50 day moving average. As Ron and several other TAs have been pointing out, we have formed a nice base in the last month. Today, the OSX is breaking above the 50 dma for the first time (assuming it holds). Most OSX stocks are just breaking their 50 dma, or are about to. On the other hand, FGII broke its 50 dma weeks ago, and has since pulled down to just on top of it. I love this relative strength.
