Thanks for the workthrough on the ASMLF/Hyundai deal. If the trend toward higher DUV and lower i-line ratios continues, we should be needing more upward revisions as the year progresses.

Denis, interesting ASMLF/Hyundai analysis. The question is though how many lasers does ASMLF have in stock already - if their inventory is high, they do not have to order additional lasers right away.

Of course, in the long run CYMI benefits from every new DUV installation.

I would not be surprised if the iline steppers are pushed out and/or converted to DUV systems. This opinion is based on some comments from friends in the industry who attended SPIE. If they are correct, the numbers are better.
