I need clarification on how this thread is supposed to work. I can provide the edgar url that list current holdings and provides interesting details on the daily purchases. But these all represent required disclosures and the purpose of the thread was to deal with purchases below the disclosure amount. How are we expected to find out about these? Can some information be provided about Lamperts selection process? I would like to learn about how he identifies prospective companies. How does he deal with the early licensing of potential drugs for an eventual royalties? Is he able to get exact information on the percentage of royalties paid? sec.gov Of interest is purchases of Virus Research Institute began at $4.50.
