Lots of folks in the Big O say to get ahold now. Kiewit D will become Level 3 Communications, April 1. Mr. Crow ran MFS now owned by World Com. Look what happened with C-Tec. Whatever Kiewit touches seems to go up up up.

Go back to message 14 - shares of KIWT will convert to Level 3.
And, message 34 - D shares will be exchanged for equity in Level 3.
Still, message 40 - May or June -- Nope, look for it sooner.
