Dennis, Mr. Del Yocam can help you with that. Might make more $$$ by renting out BORL campus space. (It's just my wild guess.) It doesn't bother me, though. It's common to have few locations for software companies, or even home offices. regards, BPP(Bipin's partner)

There is a mountain you have to go back and forth over to get to Borland. And in bad weather or in case of an accident, it is a real pain. I once spent 5 hours trying to get over that mountain going from Scotts Valley to the Valley.

Was it required to keep the VSGN programmer's happy and give them some autonomy? Is their no room in the Borland campus (I doubt that!)? Believe me there's plenty of room in the Borland Campus. The Borland Campus stands like a monument to Phillipe Kahn's largesse. Also it is only a 25 mile trip to the heart of Silicon Valley. Once in a while you get a major tie-up, such as a truck jack-knifing. I have commuted from here to SV on and off for the last 30 years and the only major problem I had was during the '89 quake. I am worried that we may have a power struggle going on by someone who wants to maintain the San Mateo VSGN power base. Yocum should take care of this. A house divided........
