"restricted remains the same - 22,079,910" I believe you are reading to much into this restricted stock thing. Restricted, but in whose hands?? Yours?? What are the restrictions?? That is the information you need. You can not deduce any thing from the "restricted" share count by the transfer agent. Someone turn out the lights and close the door on the way out. The next lawsuit filed will probably be by Burgess. He got scammed. Just my opinion of course... BURGESS: SIGN THOSE CERTIFICATES AND SELL THEM!
