Some really solid and well thoughtout points, as usual. I can tell you
management is aware of the problems and shareholder frustrations...and is trying to address those issues. As for the newsletter, I am working with HH to address and discuss issues in his President's letter on the STAX web site. Hopefully, we can do that in the next couple of weeks. He, currently, is out of the country.

Scott, as of the last 10K, last summer, directors owned 4.8 million shares with options on 1.7 million more. That's a little over 15% before the options, about 21% if all options are exercised. That may have changed since then, but I don't think there have been insider sales. Harmon Hardy owns the great majority of the above shares.
