Ken,,,,Thank You for answering Tom Worley's questions. I know him well and he just does not use the SI...Tom has worked diligently over the months on the behalf all the shareholders of GIFS. Your extension of any helpful information to Tom will greatly be appreciated by all of us.

This matter is still under investigation. I cannot comment at this time.


August, 1996....

from a letter by a Virginia attorney to the SEC. This attorney was involved in litigation related to IMXS and used to work for the SEC. She should probably still have a copy of the letter. I became acquainted with her through of of the attorneys for the Motley Fool Forum.
