If this was prior to when they halted trading, do you have any info or even opinion on why they waited?" This matter is still under investigation. I cannot comment at this time. August, 1996.... from a letter by a Virginia attorney to the SEC. This attorney was involved in litigation related to IMXS and used to work for the SEC. She should probably still have a copy of the letter. I became acquainted with her through of of the attorneys for the Motley Fool Forum. Regards, Ron
