Eddy-more mask inspection prospects. Now that I think about it, Insystems may have falled by the wayside and either disappeared or fell under the logo of another company.

Inspex, FEI, and Cognex might also be ones to check out and verify if they have anything. I do not think the Leicas or Carl Zeiss' will have much to offer. The field is really narrowed down to the likes of KLAC Orbot(AMAT) and maybe one of the above 3.

Andrew,
what about Therma-something (could be Therma-Media ?) or Nanometrics (NANO). The latter acquired another company's assets (optical coatings etc.). Should both be in the metrology business..
