is it just my imagination or did SFE pay out a $.98 dividend on 3/2/98? I use Microsoft Investor to track my stocks and on Monday it gave me a notice that SFE paid out a $.98/share dividend. But I never remember hearing that the company was going to do that. Has anyone else heard this or know anything about it?

Thanks

Bry

BTW - SFE NAV at 36 3/5 (includes the extra 962,000 shares of CVSN that SFE indicated they were going to purchase and the Tellab acquisition) for a discount of $.66 or -1.8%.

I was poking around the OAOT site tonight and came across this list of press releases regarding recent sales made by their medical solutions subsidiary. Now some of these press releases I knew about... but a couple did not make it to PRNewswire or Yahoo so I believe they are generally unknown. It appears to me that the medical solutions subsidiary is making a number of sales this quarter.

Here is the list:

Bob:

USDC returned nearly 40% in two weeks to anyone who jumped in behind the SFE vacuum...got in at 4 5/8 and sold today at 7 1/8 (it peaked at 7 3/8)...you should check out the USDC-specific thread for some interesting discussion...this one was, in my opinion, driven up by both SFE's buying and by Siebe's acquisition of WNDR (one of USDC's competitors) a couple weeks ago at a very high multiple. USDC was a buy < $4.75, but that's history...
