Isn't the rule that when everyone thinks a stock is going to go up its time to sell?

I hate following the rules...

I think I'm going to set-up a fibr shrine at home. I will put every fiber item I can find and pray to Mr. Hanky the Christmas poop.
Perhaps he will give me a present early this year.

Mr. Wise- to the best of my knowledge, the recent insider buying has nothing to do with preferreds being converted.
