Rally (or lack of) has nothing to do with the cutting of prices, it's a fact of life for this business. The machines you are listing are laptops, remember that Intel is releasing the PII for laptops in April, so this move is in preparation. John Too bad though, as CPQ is now even for the day, looks like it is ready to resume it's normal behavior, which is down. At this rate maybe this issue will be viewed as a VALUE stock someday...
