There is a difference between being connected through association and deliberately setting out to scam people. When you have one party (StreetLevel) hyping stock and companies, and you have another cohort getting the principals of the company you're hyping to serve as guestspeakers at the World Trade Center (of all places) nyssa.org and you're giving the same people "Elite Corporate Membership--because of their "high ethical standards" (even when you know they have a shady past)and you're supposedly having the same people reviewed for more awards, but this is by your own people,and still another putting out what appears to be a valid report, (Wellington), and you're helping write press releases which will cause the price of the stock to jump and you're having funds transferred to your associates, and you're keeping vital information from those you're trying to hook (Mo's criminal past)then that's when the association is not by chance--but criminal.
