CPQ and IBM are consuming all the chips. Smaller OEM's, I would expect, should get the short end of the stick.

I do not know order rates or delivery schedules for anyone.
I do know that CPQ and IBM are building these boxes and I think it has been implied that they would build more if they could get the chips. (read AMD has sold every chip they have made)

I may change camps after AMD's preformance today.
You would think at this point that it was much adoo about nothing.
After all, How could anything put a dent into INTC.
