<<<<LE, I do not believe the research was cribbed from this board.>>>>

Jin, take a look for yourself. The "dogs" haven't done a lick of research. Brad phrased things very specifically... and so did they.... either they copied it or Brad is the lead dog. I say they copied it.

From Brad Overview:

"FAMH is completing an acquisition of Myriad Employment, a private employee leasing company that operates in California and Utah. The company says Myriad did approximately $45-50 Million in revenue for 1997."

Brad presents client list:

"Colonia Insurance Company, Coca-Cola Merchandising - Phoenix, AIG Insurance, Republic National Bank, Tokyo Marine, Arizona State University and Arizona Cardinals Football Team (thru Finehost), The Phoenix Suns Basketball Team and The Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Team (thru Restrua), Auto Zone, BF Goodrich Tire Company, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Hilton Hotels, 1-800-FLOWERS, and General Electric."

From Brad Post:

"Government Addresses Tech Worker Shortage (01/12/98; 7:03 p.m. EST) By Mary Mosquera, TechWeb
The shortage of skilled high-tech workers is so urgent that the Clinton administration announced Monday it will help train more computer programmers and other technical workers. The Labor Department has projected that the United States will need 1.3 million more computer scientists, engineers, systems analysts, and computer programmers between 1996 and 2006, calling it `America's new deficit.'" Who are the "dogs" anyway? Doesn't someone doing research for free make you real suspicious, LOL? Or does that only happen with me?

1998 EPS: .32 per share? Must have taken that off the board too... I seem to recall a post saying that.

$13.4 MM in earnings is you use the 42 MM share count... wow. That would mean Myriad returning about 20 percent, and assumes no interest expenses... the book value is preposterous as well. Revenues divided by shares might meet that, but not assets minus liabilities, including the projected $12 MM debt.

Who are their "equity analysts" that don't even know how to figure book value? People actually follow recommendations from this cut-and-paste, non-researched junk mail that nobody asked for?

If I recommended stocks that had already started to move, I'd be a genius too!

If the numbers are great, let's see them already. The more things change... the more they stay the same.

Post #211, From Cheryl, November 26:

<<<<<AUDITED FINANCIALS should be out within apx. 2 - 4 weeks

The company is right now in the process of having their financials audited. They are now at the final stage. >>>

Post today, from Cheryl:

<<<I would expect them (financials) any time this week.>>>>
