del, last we spoke on the subject, I thought they could seee away at any time. But I don't remember for sure. But my feelings here are that MSFT didn't buy to make a quick milloin or five. I think they want rights to dgsd's tech. and that may take some time to get straight.

No doubt that some people are taking $$ off the board especially those who have been holding options.

I look for the price to stay +, - 1/4 from $2 until earnings are out. If they are GOOD, the stock will most likely jump a buck in a few days. If they turn out like the rest, it's back to a buck in a few weeks or sooner.

I have no insider news, just go on what I can pick up here and there, but if the scene changes, I'll post what I know. Thanks for keeping me in the loop, and as always, best regards. August.

p.s. what's going on with the reverse split? I can't even remember when that was going to be "voted" on. thanks.

Oh, another thing: I started a new subject in the coffee shop "Casinos/gambling and favorite destination spots."--It's for gammers. If anyone here does, please join me and let's get it on. YES, this is a solisitation, I know there are folk like me out there, and I want to get the word out. Sorry, and thanks.A.W.
