Dear Frank,

I hope you don't think that my entire letter was directed towards you.

My interest is in the core development of IMES, and not 100 reasons why your Website isn't up and working. I have heard nothing but bullshit directly from the mouth of IMES employees for 4 1/2 years. I am not implying that what you have said is of the sort, but in the current state that the company is in(and my investment), I am less concerned about the website.

I have called and left a message for Mr. Albert. We will see how long it takes for him to reply.

Wayne Anderson

Frank,

Very convenient time to leave in a huff. I hope all of the employees sleep well at night and get extremely rich knowing that their beloved new leader has screwed all of us "old" shareholders. Try to forget all of the information your leaders should have posted here that would have given us the same kind of information you were working with. Forget all of the capital we infused into this company so that you could even get to this point. You are now operating with "new" money and "new" shareholders. You won't have to put up with any of this aggravation from them. They won't expect news releases detailing the next raid on the corporate assets. I'm sure they will just sit back and let the brave new leadership of this company run their investment into the ground as well. Be careful that the next knife they wield isn't aimed for your backs this time.
