Rocky,

SPECULATION, SPECTULATION, SPECTULATION.....

.....you don't know what the "court" thought or why it ruled the way it ruled.

.....you don't know what the status of Click! is or what products it will be ultimately incorporated into.

.....you don't know if the alleged problems in IOM products are any worst than any other electronic/mechanical device.....

....SPECULATION, THAT IS ALL YOU HAVE TO SELL!

Rocky,

You just don't have a clue.

<<Don't forget, part of the judge's ruling lifting the injunction was stated to the effect of Zip drive failure did not need the presence of Nomai discs to occur. The drives and discs failed even with Iomega Brand discs only.>>

This is as valid as saying "Zip drive failure due to inserting a wedge into the drive with a hammer isn't pertinent, because the drives and disks fail even with Iomega brand disks." The failure rate of Iomega's drives with Iomega brand disks versus Nomai disks are orders of magnitude apart.

One more thing, computer disks are spelled with a "k".
