Very little, if at all. The gap between the internal help desk and external customer management markets is widening every day. Remedy focuses on the former, SCOP/SEBL on the latter. Scopus, who has opportunistically sold a help desk here or there, really says it's not in this business.

The primary competition of SCOP/SEBL is Clarify, Vantive, Baan/Aurum, Quintus, etc. The competition for Remedy is Software Artistry/Tivoli, Peregrine, McAfee, etc.

Bottom line, should have very little impact if any.
