Look at the bright side...it can only get better from here, right? Just because the rest of the world doesn't realize what a wonderful company LSI is...well that's their problem. C'MON...bring it on...take it down...make it into a penny stock...we can just keep adding to our position, and then, when the world finally wakes up and begins to shower us with unimaginable billions of dollars we'll be able to stand under the golden rain and quench our thirst. Oh well...it could happen.

If this stock can be likened to a monkey, we can say that it leaped up the greased pole all the way to the 27 feet mark and has been slipping down steadily since.

And I am holding a platform at the 20 ft. 6 in. mark! :-)

Interesting link for Addi (and possibly others) :

text.morningstar.net

Pertains to the question that Addi once asked me whether I think technology companies will do well in the future. My reply was along the lines of "Yes, they sure will but...",

Well, read the above article which looks at the issue from the point of view of another raging "theme" these days -- that of health-care companies.

Addi,

I don't see this as anything but a setup for a run. IMHO LSI did well enough today.
I'm going to hold and see what comes next.

Still, it seems like I always get in early, even when I'm sure I've caught the bottom this stock always dips just a little bit more just to tick me off, I swear. <g>

What is not immediately obvious is that LSI began the year at 20, and within a month and a half, ran all the way up to 27 -- an almost parabolic rise of 35%! The indexes are rising now, but their increases are nowhere near the 35% rise that LSI achieved in Jan and early Feb.

So, it is not that LSI did not participate in the rise. It just rose (and fell) a little ahead of the overall market. The 35% rise at the beginning of the year seems to have been overlooked not just by Addi, but by a lot of other LSI investors that I know of. It's amazing that people only see what they want to see...
