John and Thread; Here are my thoughts regarding Lucy Painter. My guess is she'll say the following: (1) CPQ is better value than Dell (she has been coming to the defense of cpq - she cannot and will not IMHO do an about face and lose face at this time); (2) She will address channel stuffing issues and reiterate her position that so-called channel stuffing is a lot of baloney; (3) Dell is overpriced and will see a correction and finally (4) as between dell and cpq she will lean in strongly in favor of cpq. What will this all mean to cpq price if this is what materializes? Not likely very much given past experience.
