WOW, What a change in tone a simple dime makes. Everyone is happy, me included. No more dark side talk. People are just sooo friendly. All this and no financials. This thread is going to be singing the praises or IRA and Firamada on JL's chat room tonight. Telling stories of bad press releases and possible Gaps on high trading volume. All this for a dime. Where else can one get this kind of entertainment and make money to boot. Kevin

I don't know if this has already been discussed--but why would Firamada do anything that would make the stock price increase (e.g.announce earnings) when they're in the process of picking up the 4MM shares? Seems like they'd want to keep the price down for a while.

Like it was mentioned earlier. Audited Financials are done by an independent accounting firm. FAMH does not control the pace at which they are completed. They (famh) are given a estimate date of delivery, but, so did my wife and she was 2 weeks late with the birth of our son. I am guessing that IRA is a lot more anxious for the financials to arrive on his desk than all of us combined. I think the reasons are obvious. "Build the field and they will come" the field is built and here they come.
