Nations Montgomery is allowing insiders to sell their lockup shares after close of business Monday. Hopefully they have a buyer or buyers lined up to cross. This potentially puts up to addl 8.5 million shares into float. Could be negative because of this addl shares o/s- float now is only 3.3 million. Could be positive as larger float allows institutions to take positions - with the small float before institutions could not take substantial positions.
