re Missed Maxx Report

This "report" seems very strange. November 30 is not a reporting period for Maxx since their year-end is Dec 31. The comparative numbers (which are only for nine months) vastly exceed the 1996 results reported in Maxx's annual report. I would be extremely inclined to discount this report. Interestingly, Maxx has had a small recovery recently. I wonder if this probably erroneous report had anything to do with it?

This is my first attempt ar de-lurking so I welcome tips on formatting(or anything else).

If you haven't done so already, you ought to ask CSWatch if the release was misplaced.
