Yes I do.
The main part on this is the assured large volume supply of K6's going foward. I am sure CPQ would rather AMD sort out all of their problems on their own, but there is security in knowing that IBM will be part of the supply.

INTC is more likely upset about IBM being involved.
Not is IBM a customer for INTC, but now IBM is a competitor building the K6, and selling the boxes along side Intel Inside.
